Birmingham, March 30, 2010:  Metamorphosis, Incorporated, a non-profit, faith based, 501 (c) (3) service organization offering life training and transformation to women and girls of various ages, ethnicities, ecumenical, and socio-economic backgrounds, has announced its Interest Meeting for females interested in becoming participants of the program.

"A positive outlook and stance in life is necessary to thrive in life”, says Executive Director, Tracey Booker.  The mission of Metamorphosis, Inc. is to empower girls and young women to transform their lives through the recognition of their own necessity, self worth and positive self image by encouraging: living healthy, self respect, establishing personal values and goals; all with a spiritual foundation. The Organization services females starting at age nine through adulthood with various programs for different age groups.

“At Metamorphosis, Incorporated, we are very concerned with the level of confidence and self esteem that females possess and demonstrate.  The thrust of Metamorphosis, Incorporated is to encourage females to unleash the power that is within them. We want them to become empowered and to make healthy life transitions. Change is inevitable.  We all go through various life changes and sometimes those changes may cause us to want to move backwards instead of forward to the greater goal.  Metamorphosis, Incorporated is here to guide females in the area of self esteem, self worth, youth obesity, peer pressure, academics, body image, and more”, Booker noted.
